1lt de leite&lt;br /&gt;. 660cl de água&lt;br /&gt;. 1 pau de canela&lt;br /&gt;. 1 raspa de limão&lt;br /&gt;. 650g de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;. 160g de farinha&lt;br /&gt;. 20 gemas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Procedimento:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No tacho coloca-se o leite, água, canela e o limão ate levantar fervura, junta-se o açúcar e a farinha misturada, e mexe-se ate engrossar aproximadamente 5
